We are seeking a highlyskilled HVAC Maintenance Technicianwith expertise in a range of equipment including VRFsystems aircooled chillers package/DXunits split AC units AHUs/FCUs and more. The idealcandidate will possess handson experience and a strong technicalbackground in HVAC maintenance. With a focus on quality service andattention to detail the HVAC Maintenance Technician will play acrucial role in ensuring the efficient operation and longevity ofHVACsystems.Responsibilities:Performroutine maintenance tasks on various HVAC equipmentincluding VRF systems aircooled chillers package/DXunits split AC units AHUs/FCUs and relatedcomponents.Conduct inspectionsand assessments to identify potential issues and recommendappropriate repairs orreplacements.Troubleshoot and diagnosemalfunctions in HVAC systems utilizing knowledge of equipmentoperation and technical manuals.Execute repairand replacement tasks for defective components and parts ensuringadherence to manufacturer specifications and safetystandards.Utilize specialized tools andequipment to perform maintenance and repair taskseffectively.Collaborate with team members andsupervisors to coordinate maintenance schedules and prioritizeworkload.Maintain accurate records ofmaintenance activities including work performed parts used andservice schedules.Provide technical supportand guidance to junior technicians asneeded.Stay updated on industry trends bestpractices and technological advancements in HVACmaintenance.Uphold a strong commitment tosafety protocols and regulations while working on HVACsystems.Qualifications:ITI/Diplomain HVAC or related field.Minimum of 5 years ofhandson experience in HVAC maintenance with a focus on equipmentsuch as VRF systems aircooled chillers package/DX units split ACunits AHUs/FCUs etc.Comprehensiveunderstanding of HVAC systems and components including installationmaintenance and repair procedures.Proficiencyin troubleshooting complex HVAC issues and implementing effectivesolutions.Strong technical aptitude andability to interpret technical manuals schematics andblueprints.Excellent communication skills andability to work effectively in a teamenvironment.Detailoriented with a commitmentto delivering highquality workmanship.Validdrivers license and clean drivingrecord.Willingness to participate in ongoingtraining and professional developmentopportunities.Join our team ofdedicated professionals and contribute your expertise to ensure theoptimal performance and longevity of HVAC systems across variousapplications.The candidate shouldbe Ready to join and should be present in Qatar withNOC.RemoteWork : No
