Job details
• Review the daily intake ofproducts into the hotel and ensure accurate pricing and quantity ofgoods received• Control the stores byensuring accuracy of inventory and stock control and the pricing ofgood received• Manage costreporting• Supervise storekeepers andreceiving clerk• Ensure that allincoming goods are received via the Receiving Area, with deliveriesproperly checked against purchase orders and marketlists• Inspect and test goods wheneverdeemed necessary, especially with regard to food and beverageitems• Record and verify all food andbeverage invoices on daily basis for price deviation, total andunit prices which should conform to the approved marketprices
