• Generate insights into businessoperations by analyzing unit economics, drivers of variance, andother KPIs • Support quarterly and annual financialplanning, forecasting, reporting, and monthly budget reviews• Provide analysis of commercial initiatives that have astrategic or financial impact on the business • Createobjective analyses and processes for a fast-growing tech company toscale efficiently and make data-driven decisions • Supportmulti-functional change projects designed to enhance systems,processes, and data accuracy • Partner with andcommunicate business progress to key stakeholders against financialand strategic targets What we are looking for in you • Anexceptional academic track record from both high school anduniversity • Drive and a track record of goingabove-and-beyond expectations • Strong problem-solving andanalytical abilities • Excellent presentation andcommunication skills • Curiosity and willingness to workon a wide range of projects • Proficiency in spreadsheetsand financial modeling • Understanding of core accountingprinciples • Professional written and spoken English• Excellent interpersonal skills, curiosity, flexibility,and accountability • Passion, thoughtfulness, andself-motivation • Excellent communication and presentationskills • Result-oriented, with a personal drive to meetcommitments • Ability to travel twice a year, for companyevents up to two weeks long Additional skills that you might alsobring • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, orrelated field • Previous experience in an analyticallyfocused finance or business role • Experience withBusiness Intelligence reporting, CRM and ERPsystems
