Assists user in diagnosing, resolving, anddocumenting hardware and software problems timely andaccurately.Achieves internal SLA's forsupportPerform system backups and recovery ontimely basis.Performs on-site analyze,diagnosis, and resolution of complex computer problems for avariety of end users and recommend and implement correctivehardware and software solutions, including off-siterepairsAssists with Server installations andsetups as well as resolution of server endproblems.Assists with the administration ofClient end Installations.Assists in networkconnectivity troubleshooting and firewallmaintenanceInstalls Complex Software for DesktopManagement. This includes Asset Management, Antivirus and Spamfiltering software, DesktopMaintenance.Configures and installs personalcomputer software packages, software upgrades, PC Support,Operating System upgrades andmaintenance.Identifies and corrects operationalproblems on employee computers systems.Updatetickets using Service Desk application based on the SLA andSOP
