Sales Executive Used Cars | Al FuttaimAutomotive | Domasco - AutomallOverview of the role: • Theprimary focus of the role will be to support the sales objectivesof the company through achieving given sales and gross margin andproviding first rate service to current and potential customers ofHonda.ÿÿWhat you willdo:ÿÿÿ • Minimize risk througheffective evaluation of used cars for trade-in orpurchase.ÿ • Achieve the allocated monthly salestargets (units and gross margin). • Achieve or exceed CSI(customer satisfaction index) objectives and ensure maximumcustomer satisfaction and repeat sales. • Sellinginsurance, accessories and service packages. • Maintainawareness of the automotive industry, update knowledge of productrange, models, features and benefits.ÿ • Analyzethe market situation and identify customer needs.ÿ• Ensure used car prober display (condition, pricing,cleanliness and specs).ÿ • Ensure quality of jobto avoid errors/rework and take actions on customer concerns(internal/external) to improve operational ease and customersatisfaction. • Comply with company guidelines and SOPs(standard operating procedures) and report all incident to theshowroom manager
