Job details
Responsiblity:Gaining anunderstanding of the client's needs and requirements andcommunicating them and the quality standards to the productionteams.Devising ways to improve themanufacturing process to ensure higher-qualitygoods.Devising, improving, and reviewing newspecifications and procedures for products or processes, andtraining staff to use them.Setting therequirements for raw materials from suppliers and monitoring theircompliance.Supervising inspectors,technicians, and other staff members and providingguidance.Ensuring legal obligations arefollowed and ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies and withhealth and safety guidelines.Overseeingproduct development procedures to identify any deviations fromquality standards.Inspecting the final output,comparing it to the requirements, and approving or rejecting thefinal products.Keeping accurate documentationand performing statistical analysis.Gainingfeedback from the clients, attending meetings, submitting reports,and assisting external auditors andinspectors.
