TitleSR. BUSINESSANALYST (SAP SupplyChain)Primary Purpose ofJobAccountable to provide specialistsupport to Business End Users for the SAP Supply Chain Management(SCM) for business processes related to Materials Management andExternal Services. Have a thorough understanding of businessprocesses related to Contracts, procurement, Inventory andWarehouse management. Be able to support SAP cloud platformapplications. Experience in S4/HANA Logistics version an addedadvantage.EducationBachelor'sdegree in any of the engineering discipline like Mechanical /Electrical / Computer Science Engineering / Petroleum / Management/ or equivalent.Experience& SkillsA total of 7 yearsprofessional work experience that includes: • a minimum of3 years hands-on SAP implementation / support experience includingat least 1 full life cycle implementation project as FunctionalConsultant for development and deployment of Fiori apps for SAP MM(including WM and QM) and PM covering Business Process Design,Configuration, Gap Analysis, Development, Testing and Training• a minimum of 4 years of proven experience in MaterialManagement and or Plant Maintenance functions handling end to endcycle of Materials procurement, MRP, inventory control, warehousefunctioning, etc., with demonstrated management experience in anOil and Gas organization. • Working knowledge of othermodules and cross applications (e.g., Document Management System,Workflows) • Through expertise in SAP product capabilityand business acumen enable QP to measure and achieve the benefitsin Supply Chain Management to fully integrate the source-to-payprocess for compliance with regulatory requirements, increasedcustomer satisfaction, improve supplier collaboration, maximizecost savings, optimize inventory levels and greater synchronizationwith business priorities • Preferably SAP Certification inone of the following: SAP Asset manager/Plant Maintenance, MaterialManagement, Fiori applications • In-depth knowledge /expertise on one or more of the technologies like SAP NetweaverGateway, UI5, OData, ABAP, IoT solutions, SAP Leonardo, and relatedprocesses. • Experience of Accelerated SAP projectmanagement methodology (ASAP, Solutions Manager), program / projectmanagement and service level management • Excellent peoplemanagement, problem solving, persuasion, negotiation, anddecision-making skills and team player. • Excellentwritten and verbal communications skills with the ability tocommunicate concepts as appropriate to customers, contractors, andstaff.
