Knowledge and sound practice of first AID,Emergency preparedness, riskevaluation.Knowledge in preparing and reviewingof Documents related to HSE.Knowledge of HSEPolicies, procedures and regulations.Experiencein problem solving, interpretation, reasoning and judgement skillswith an ability to identify and solve complexproblems.Demonstrate sound workethics.Ensures that existing hazards, unsafework conditions and /or practices are identified on a daily basisand observation reports are raised and corrective measures arerecorded.Ensures to address and report violationon daily basis and make necessaryrecommendations.Provides data on daily, weeklyand monthly reports to Sr. HSE officer or/and HSE Engineer or/andSr. HSE Engineer to monitor and track HSEperformance.
