Other key responsibilities are: Operational:- Develop a pipeline of sporting events and products that are readyto go to market. - Maintain an annual calendar of events and assetslibrary in order for sporting product distribution - Recommendsuitable sport and entertainment related products and travelpackages, with the relevant sporting event in order to createdesirable unique customer experiences. - Identify distributionchannels for sales, and ensure license compliance with relevantgoverning bodies (e.g. Formula One) - Support in pitches toNational Governing Bodies (NGB) of Sports for events to be held inthe State of Qatar in support of the Government's nationalagenda. - Collaborate with external partners and internaldepartments to optimize commercial rights and benefits ofsponsorship events. - Be accountable for KPI's and budgetsfor measuring success, providing commercial modelling and salesforecast of sporting event products. - Main focal point forSponsorship event ticket inventory and distribution to enforce azero-wastage policy, and work closely with project managers andleads to instill good practice - Produce well-structuredpresentations and toolkits to support sporting event productspositioning. - Support business commercial initiatives such asPrivilege Club Collection. - Responsible for sponsorship eventticket inventory and distribution ensuring zero wastage, workingclosely with Project Manager and their teams to implementallocations - Develop a pipeline of sporting products and supportgo to market strategies whilst keeping a library record of eachevent and product produced - Identify opportunities to supporttournaments and events to be sponsored by Qatar Airways, boostingthe initiative to promote QR brands on a regional and global level- Perform other department duties related to his/her position asdirected by the Head of the Department Be part of an extraordinarystory Your skills.
