Promote and encourage positivebehaviours in support of the achievement of a positive healthsafety culture.Assess, communicate and monitorHSE performance and compliance in line with statutoryrequirements.Communicate effectively with sitepersonnel and colleagues to promote Health and Safety atWork.Ensure that Health Safety is embeddedinto all work practices in line with company policiesSupport thedelivery of training and awareness sessions asrequired.Review and comment on contractors HSEDocuments and Method Statements and Risk Assessments forcompliance.Conduct HSE Inspections and auditsof projects and management systems and concisely asses levels ofcompliance with current company and legalrequirements.Develop and apply technicalknowledge relevant to the specific HSE risks associated with ouractivities.Maintain a current knowledge ofLocal and International Health and Safety Rules andRegulations
