Ourwider ambition is to lead by example and encourage brands to joinus in becoming more sustainable andethical.Aboutthe role- Paid MediaExecutive ThePaid Media Executive is responsible for driving high qualitytraffic to brands ecommerce websites. Managing all Paid Search /Social / biddable advertising channels across multiple brands andterritories. This is a brand-new role in the Data &Analytics team due to company growth, reporting into the Paid MediaManager. There will be opportunities to grow and progress yourskills further in thisrole.Themain responsibilities for our Paid Media Executive role include butare not limitedto: As part ofthe Data & Analytics team, you will need to manage paidmedia marketing for brands, deliver on revenue and ROAStargetsManagement of allareas of paid media - Feed optimisation, display,retargeting, audience/asset creation and optimisationetcCreate and test adcopy/messaging on all platforms ensuring brand tone is maintainedacross varioussites/languagesResponsible forcreation & execution of paid media campaigns in line witheach brands tradeplanEnsuring brand ismaintained and protected within the scope to the relevantadvertisingplatformsReview, analyse andreport on traffic growth andperformancePropose, plan anddeliver strategies for brandgrowthEnsure all campaignsare maintained at best practice levels and optimised in line withthe campaigngoals Whatweoffer:Astarting salary of £26,000-£33,00025 daysholiday plus bankholidays1 paidday off for volunteering peryearProductdiscountsFlexibleworking whenneededHybridworking - a minimum of 2 days per week in the office(Tuesday & Wednesday) and the rest working from home /remoteworkingRegularcompany off-site activitydaysCycle2workschemeAsupportive and approachable line manager, with clear induction,probationary and appraisalprocessesOurvalues:RelentlessR&D-We move manual to machine to liberate our team for innovation andgrowth.Brandfirst, revenuesecond-We build long term brand equity first and foremost. The ideal PaidMedia Executive will have previous experience working with paidmedia, particularly working with Google Ads and Facebook Ads. Youwill have good working knowledge of feed optimisation, display,retargeting, audience / asset creation etc. Perhaps you might haveexperience as a Paid Media Executive, PPC Executive, DigitalMarketing Executive, Paid Media Marketing Executive, Paid MediaSpecialist or Paid DigitalExecutive.
