Job DescriptionWe arecurrently seeking for passionate and dynamic guest focusedHousekeeping professionals who pride themselves on their ability todeliver extraordinary levels of customer service and providecreative solutions to our guests.As a Linen Room Supervisor you areresponsible to supervise the team of Linen Room Attendants towardsachieving the operational objectives while ensuring that thestandards of cleanliness meet the requirements specified and yourrole will include key responsibilities such as- Receive records andsort out clean uniform from laundry and arrange them properly onthe shelves and racks Issue linen to Food & Beverageoutlets as per requisitions Issue uniform to all employees andmaintain uniform records Check all uniform for any loose buttonsand hems and give to the tailor for mending Ensure a clean and tidylinen room at all times and report if any items have been damaged(linen as well as uniforms) Ensure that linen and uniforms areproperly stored and recorded Report to Superiors in case anyuniforms need to be discarded or replenished Ensure that the properprocedure is followed when linen or uniform needs to be discardedEnsure that all uniforms are ready for special events as well asfor any seasonal eventsSkillsEducation, Qualifications &ExperiencesYou should ideally have a diploma or vocational traininghospitality with previous minor supervisory experiences within theHousekeeping Department of a hotel. Good command of written andspoken English communication skills, along with stronginterpersonal and problem solving abilities are essentials.Computer literacy and previous experiences with Opera are anadvantage.Knowledge & CompetenciesThe ideal candidate willbe a friendly, caring individual with good cross culturessensitivity and a concern for quality and an eye for details.
