Prepare Estimated Voyage results of assignedservices once the vessel complete the voyage, to give managementvisibility of the Voyage wise OperatingP&L• Handle Disbursement Account (DA)and Monthly Statement of Accounts (MSA) for the agents coming underdesignated sectors / services for Feeder business. Review all theexpenditure (basis provided supporting invoices), secure VPapproval and send to Finance for booking the expenses andprocessing the payment. If errors identified, liaise withoperations team for clarification and address to agency billingdepartments to issue Credit notes. Maintain records of disputedinvoices and follow up with port billing untilresolution• Produce Financial and Businessperformance reports for Management such as Service wise Budget vs.Actual report, MMS Dashboard, Agency Performance report andCustomer wise P&L• Assist Network& Product team with feasibility study for new tenders andnetwork optimization studies for feeder business in assignedsectors within the existing network• Maintaindatabase for costing and provide the data for business analysis todifferent stake holders (Corporate Finance, Internal and ExternalAuditors, Consultants and other departments whenrequired)• Produce Model ship for service wiseand sector wise costing to be used by commercial team as referencefor pricing the SOC (Shippers Own Containers)customers• Produce ISO KPI reports in Power BI,to be used for ISO Internal and External Audit•Assist Line Manger with preparation of reports for operatingbudgets and forecast, modelling and monthly accounts closing forfeeder business• Assist Line Manager to preparesector wise / service wise profitability report for Liner COC(Carriers Own Containers) business • AssistFinance department in monthly closing of accounts by providing portrelated expense details for assigned sector / services, which helpsthem to make accrual• Keep records of documentsand ensure compliance with Milaha's ISO & BSC(British Safety Council) policies andprocedures• Perform other job-related duties asassigned, including ad hoc financial analysi
