A refractory engineer is a specialized professional who specializes in the design, selection, installation, maintenance, and performance evaluation of refractory materials and systems. Refractory engineers play a crucial role in industries where high temperatures and harsh conditions are involved, such as steelmaking, cement production, glass manufacturing, petrochemical processing, and more. They work to ensure that refractory materials withstand extreme heat, chemical exposure, and mechanical stress while maintaining operational efficiency and safety.Refractory Engineer with 5 years of experience in refractories installation, maintenance, inspection and health monitoring. Result oriented dynamic professional with proven track record of successful planning and execution of projects, continuous improvement, materials, manpower & time management, team building and making meaningful relationships with stakeholders.work carried out in sulphur recovery unit(Reaction furnace, Incenerator, Weast heat boiler, boiler pass section, Reactor clause, Stack) DHDS(Rediant heater, Convection section, Convection pass section,Stack), FCCU (Reactor, Regenerator, Airgrid area, Cyclone area, pleanum area, Transfer line, Google valve, Third stage separater, Fourth stage separater, Cooler, Tericone area, Stack) Crude (Rediant heater, Convection section, Stack, plenum) CPP, Cocker, Alkylation plant(Combustion chamber) Inspected and maintaining Refractory lining during the shutdown.
