Assist project managers and senior specialistin the successful execution of the assigned project package bycoordinating all the disciplines involved such as engineering,procurement, inspection, testing, transport, etc., in accordancewith Milaha QHSES corporate policies, contractual commitments(design data, codes, classes etc.), schedule and budget.Main duties include:• Planning,coordination, and execution of subsea engineering activities,contributing to project plans, schedules, andbudgets;• Review/determine timeframe forindividual phases of the SOW, and help formulate strategies basedupon knowledge and experience. Prepare Project Plan frommobilisation to demobilisation, and all points inbetween;• Planning and presentation of designsolutions at formal Design Reviews internally and also at customermeetings;• Prepare method statements,procedures, engineering brief and drawings, schedules and planningfor the various aspects of the project plan;•Review equipment specifications for in-house and hired equipment,converse with suppliers to ensure plant and equipment availability,timely delivery;• Follow-up on pre-inspectionand third-party quality certification of the diving supportvessels, diving lifting equipment in order to provide the necessarysafety information;• Complete site visits tosuppliers as required to ensure delivery of projectitems;• Attend project client meetings /briefings as required;• Attend vesselmobilisations / demobilisations as required to ensure efficientexecution;• Attend the offshore worksite tooversee offshore operations and project delivery;• Review project report / brief and commentaccordingly;• Prepare draft and reports forsubsea projects;• Ensure safe operations whileminimizing our impact on the environment by means of complying withoccupational QHSE standards.• Ensure all areasof technical Tender documentation have been reviewed, and beparticularly mindful of innocuous areas that could cause problemsduring execution;• Prepare / write / reviewtender method statements and tender schedules to support the tenderteam;• Assist in the compilation of technicalsections of the tender while supporting tender team. Ensure QHSErequirement meet the tender/contractspecification;• Liaise with third partysuppliers and other vendors to identify and source equipment andresources to support technical execution of the tender. Assisttender team with monitoring pricing and cost.•Assist in reviewing and ensuring effective maintenance, andutilization of operation reports in order to effectively managefuture projects, operations, medical examinations, and trainingcourses taken, as relevant;• Help maintain alibrary of equipment certification, including lifting and riggingequipment, in order to ensure that all equipment are being used andmaintained appropriately;• Ensure effectivemaintenance of own and others' occupational health andsafety and that all relevant policies and measures are followed atall times;• Ensure that Diving, ROV and Surveyequipment and devices are maintained and used in compliance withtheir highest safety regulations andstandards;• Assist with the Validation ofprospective personnel CVs to ensure personnel are properlyqualified (including medical and client's specifics) andthat all personnel requirements are covered;•Perform other job-related duties asassigned.
