• Project(s) and ProgramReporting.• Efficiently integrate the costschedule and documentcontrol elements of the work they aremanaging. •Successfully managed a team ofPlanners and other Technical teamswhere required. • Supervise Document Control and lead thedevelopment ofthe Document control system. • Developandmaintain project information systems includinginformationaccumulation and reporting. • Workincoordination with the Contracts Department. • Projectexecution manual development andmaintenance. • Projectmanagement team equipmentand supplies management. • Reviewof sitecorrespondence and documents for compliance with provisionsof thecontract documents. • Proper operation of theProjectExecution Plan. • Periodic preparationand processing ofsite reports. • Management ofintramanagementcorrespondence (between the Site and DevelopmentOffices) forcompliance with the provisions of the contractdocuments. •Maintenance of contract documents.Perform a contractual/commercialreview of the tender submissionsand check the content forcompliance with the instruction toTenders. • Process ofcontractordocuments.
