The position isresponsible for assisting in overseeing the management andoperations of the Talent and Culture function of the hotel,including compensation and benefits, colleague communication,colleague relations, colleague engagement, industrial relations,performance and talent management and more, in order to support thehotel's business objectives Key Interactions Internally• Executive Committee (ExCo), Department Heads, SectionHeads and all colleagues. • Talent and Culture Team.• Group Purchasing and Group Information Technology.• Branch Union. Externally • Accor in India,Middle East & Africa and Corporate. • Local andforeign hospitality institutions. • Industry and Talent& Culture counterparts. • Vendors -Recruitment agencies/headhunters, training providers, outsourcedcompanies, contractors, suppliers, etc. • Candidates.• Guests. Primary Responsibilities Assists in Benchmarkingfor Competitive Compensation and Benefits Structure, Which Aims toAttract and Retain Talents • Assists to benchmark againstthe best-in-class in luxury hotels. • Assists to checkwith other industries for innovative initiatives and programs toadopt, modify and implement. • Assists to prepare new andcreative tailor-made initiatives for the benefit of the hotel andall colleagues. • Ensures that the Payroll system is wellmanaged for the effective administration of compensation andbenefits.
