3-5 years of Electrical AutomationField Experience, preferably from cable manufacturingIndustry.Diploma ITI Electrical/ ElectronicsTradeMust have ability to work effectivelywith CMMSBasic Knowledge of Siemens PLC S7FamilyBasic Knowledge of the field deviceslike water level controller, proportionalvalveGood troubleshooting and hands onexperience for cable manufacturingmachineriesGood knowledge of convertors andfrequency driversAbility to find out the rootcause of the problem and ability to resolveitGood knowledge of Pneumatic and HydraulicsystemPerforms the corrective, preventive andameliorative maintenance of the equipment in compliance with theobjectives developed and set in quantity, quality anddelays.Proficiency in programming and Troubleshooting in Siemens PLC system S7, TIAsoftwareStrong knowledge of special SiemensPLC programming techniques and bestpracticesAttend the breakdown in themachineInform in advance to the Supervisorabout any spares which is required to solve the machineproblemAttending breakdowns not limited toAutomationInspect the utilities on a regularbasis and maintain the logbook for thesameAttend breakdown of communication protocolon various machines.Maintain the shift reporton a daily basisRaise a memo for any spareparts to be issued from the store for themachineMake a logical approach Mechanicallyand Electrically to solve the problem in the machine and informSupervisor accordingly if it is beyond theirlevel.Write clear instruction for the nextshift for any pending job in alogbook
