Key JobAccountabilitiesLeads the ProjectManagement Team's Contracting activities in issuing ITT,execution of the EPC contract and coordinates input with Legal andother Major Project Groups / PMT functions asrequiredPreparation of ITT packages andcoordination of tender process with Supply, integration andlegal.Preparation, development and managementof EPC Contract / Contract documents including coordination of fullContract scope definitionEvaluating EPCcontractor's technical bid and making appropriaterecommendations to Shareholder with respect to acceptability ofContract terms and conditions.Administeringthe EPC contract, documenting and recording all changes, progressmeasurements and payments, management of claims, monitoring ofbonds/guarantees, preparation of Contract modifications and closingout the contract.Assist with the review andnegotiation of project change requests submitted by EPCContractor.Take the lead in preparingcontractual responses to the EPCContractor.Interface with EPC Contractor inresolving Contractual related issues.Works ina highly visible project environment with large capitalexpenditures and significant schedule executionpressuresWorks in an evolving businessenvironment where expansion opportunities are being identified on acontinuous basis adding additional complexity and workload to theexisting project environment.Works in adynamic team environment that has high expectations for flawlessproject execution in safety, quality, cost and schedule performancewhich requires the incumbent to demonstrate accuracy, initiativeand the ability to multi-task as essentialskills.
