Leads the HSE management system compliance inthe project, yard, and facility.Manages healthand safety team, management.Ensures compliancewith applicable health and safety and environmentalregulation.Works actively with department headsto achieve zero accident.Ensures the internalaudit is conducted in a timely manner.Ensurestraining programme is maintained andfollowed.Supports and advise the ProjectManagement team in HSE related matters, and be a driving force inHSE improvement initiatives to achieve HSEobjectives.Job Responsibilities2Prepares project pre-start andconstruction master program and monitoring for implementation asper procedure.Ensures to review, drive andevaluate on quarterly basis the HSE objectives by measuring actualto achieved targets.Ensures that accident /incident are investigated and reviewed as per procedure and thetechnical method and reporting initial accident / incident reportwithin maximum 24 hours and final accident investigation report orproper justification an any delay mightoccur.Interprets and appropriately design HSEtargets & requirements for the project described by theclient such as project HSE plan to ensure project safetyrequirements are complied with.Ensures the HS,CEMP plans including ERP plans are prepared and approved by theconsultant within 30days of the start of the project including HSEobjectives.Ensures that project HSE (Health,safety and environmental) targets are met 100%.
