Job SummaryThe HSE Director develops andimplements the company HSE programs and initiatives to meetregulatory requirements. Evaluates new and existing programs toassess suitability and the needs for changes. This position drivesorganizational safety culture and quality management system topromote high standards of performance. Promotes a learning culturewithin the organization to reduce HSE risks and ensure a safe andcompliant work environment for employees.Job Responsibilities1Design and executes a short term, medium term and long terms HSEStrategy that aligns with the organization strategic objectives.Provides leadership, vision, and commitment to build and enhancethe HSE control within the organization. Works directly with Seniormanagement to establish a culture of prevention, protection, andcompliance that is driver through effective leadership andaccountability. Develops the HSE Strategy of short term, mediumterm and long term for achievement of companyobjectives...
