You'll make an impact by: Coordinate and manage interfacesbetween different project stakeholders in EPC projects. Liaise with Package Owners,OEMs, and Sub-contractors to ensure seamless project execution. Communicate effectively withinternal and external stakeholders to resolve interface issues promptly. Monitor progress and identifypotential interface conflicts or delays, taking proactive measures to mitigaterisks. Develop and implement interfacemanagement plans tailored to the specific requirements of EPC projects. Provide regular updates to theHead of Service Delivery and Project Director on interface-related matters. Ensure strict adherence toproject requirements, specifications, and contractual obligations. Facilitate meetings andworkshops to address interface challenges and facilitate collaborativesolutions. In addition to the followingspecific task: Develop comprehensive interface managementprocedures and protocols aligned with EPC project needs. Conduct regular interface meetings withstakeholders to review progress, address issues, and drive resolution. Document interface agreements, decisions, andaction items for clear accountability. Monitor and track interface deliverables,milestones, and dependencies to maintain project schedule integrity. Collaborate closely with other project managersto ensure seamless integration of interface activities with overall projectobjectives. Review and analyze interface-relateddocumentation and reports to identify trends and potential areas forimprovement. Provide mentorship and support to project teammembers on effective interface management practices within EPC projects. Support the Administrator in compilation ofproject and customer documentation. Learn from and share experiences with others. Your success is grounded in Educationand Certifications: Bachelor's degree inengineering or related field (preferred). Project Management Professional(PMP) certification (preferred). ProfessionalExperience: Minimum 6 years of experiencein project management or related field Experience in managinginterfaces in Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects. Knowledge of Shell Design andEngineering Practices (Shell DEPs), Oil & Gas engineering practices,applicable specifications, codes, and international standards. Demonstrated experience inexecuting sizable EPC jobs for brownfield Oil and Gas projects. Strong leadership,communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiplepriorities in a dynamic environment. > 6 years professionalexperience in large EPC projects > 3 years professionalexperience in interface management and execution large interface contracts. Key Skillsand knowledge: Project Management: Strong project managementskills. Integration of contract and risk management into project planning andexecution. Communication: Excellent communication andinterpersonal abilities. Clear and effective communication with stakeholders,both verbally and in writing. In-depth understanding of EPC project lifecycle. Problem-Solving: Ability to addresscontract-related issues and risks proactively. Attention to Detail: Thoroughness in reviewingcontracts and risk assessments. Conflict Resolution: Skill in managing conflictsrelated to contracts and risks. Strategic Thinking: Development andimplementation of long-term management strategies. Stakeholder Management: Building and maintainingpositive relationships with stakeholders. Familiarity with engineering and constructionprocesses. Proficiency in MS Office and project managementsoftware. Basic engineering know-how across disciplines. Leadership skills.
