Job details
Lead the Sales team in achievementof hotel's key performance indicators that include but notlimited to hotel's revenue contribution, profitability,guest satisfaction, team members' satisfaction and loyaltycontribution.Set individual sales targets forteam and monitor for progress.Lead teamtowards achievement of businessobjectives.Organise familiarization trips,site inspections, hotel presentations and participate in tradeshowsand showcases (local and overseas).Review andanalyse business pace and markettrends.Monthly production review and supportappropriate sales activation plans.Monthlyforecasting and results updates for commercial / business focusedmeetings.
