Job details
Carrying out various mechanicalengineering activities and preparation of deliverables as necessaryon your appointed projects.Represent theproject and liaise with the client asrequired.Signing drawings and documents asoriginator/checker in accordance with corporate and projectprocedures.Ensuring the quality, technicalaccuracy and content of all project mechanicaldeliverables.Execution of assigned work inaccordance with applicable contract procedures and client andprojects standards.Adhering to engineeringprocedures for design safety and adopting safe attitudes towardengineering design, including raising features affecting the safetyand integrity of the project with appropriateauthorities.Ensure quality of deliverableswithin assigned project / area.Reviewingvendor quotations, preparation of technical quote evaluations andsubmission of vendor recommendations in conjunction with theMaterials Management Department. Technically approve OrderVariation Summaries.Hold co-ordinationmeetings and engineering reviews with vendors asrequired.Provide relevant knowledge andpractical support to site activities, such as site visits orsurveys and vendor, contractor, or client site-related queries anddiscussions.
