Contribute to the development and implementation of healthcare policies and protocols. Requirements Medical degree and specialist certification in Pediatrics/Neonatology. State licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure to practice medicine. Proven experience as a Pediatric/Neonatology Consultant. Strong knowledge of pediatric diseases, conditions, and treatments. Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment.
