  • he Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for full lifecycle recruitment for North Africa regions. S
  • ource identify and recruit new replacement and contingent staff for positions from external sources W
  • ork with hiring managers to understand and define job competencies and recruiting requirements for all open positions as well as proposal efforts C
  • oordinate internal postings and use appropriate internet sources for external postings as well as cold calling and use of social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates R
  • esponsible for conducting prescreening interviews and coordinating all interviews with hiring managers A
  • ct as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process C
  • reate and maintain strong working relationships with the Corporate Team leaders recruiting team and other staff to create a partnership that yields success predictable results and credibility M
  • anage all aspects of the recruiting process (sourcing and qualifying candidates salary negotiation reference checks onboarding etc.) using our online applicant tracking system P
  • rovide business intelligence for use in proposals and current opportunities

  • years of Recruitment experience. Preference will be for Industry knowledge in the PMCM industry Energy sector. B
  • .Sc. degree in Human Resources Management or a related field. A
  • passionate and driven recruiter who enjoys working in a challenging environment. E
  • xperience closing candidates to offers in a competitive market. S
  • elfsufficient and able to work with little direct supervision. A
  • track record of demonstrating a strong work ethic integrity and personal accountability. S
  • trong knowledge of multiple job boards social media other sourcing platforms ATS and CRM. P
  • roven track record of building rapport with hiring managers and crossfunctional partners. M
  • ust be proficient in Microsoft Office. S
  • trong oral and written communication skills E
  • xcellent time management and organisational skills #
