Experienced Talent AcquisitionprofessionalWe are looking to hire a ProcurementData Analyst who will be responsible for analyzing and preparingprocurement data for our client based in Doha Qatar which is one ofthe largest companies in the region.Thisposition is a contract role with an initial duration of 12 monthsand is renewable.The role sits within theSupplier Relationship Management & Procurement PerformanceDepartment and reports directly to the Vice President of SupplierRelationship Management & ProcurementPerformance.We are looking for a ProcurementData Analyst who is passionate about analyzing and preparingprocurement data. You should also have experience of enablingprocurement performance monitoring consolidating qualitativefeedback from teams and sharing the appropriate tools &reports with them and other stakeholders supporting supplier panelregister maintenance functional requests for IT tools and preparingcommunication material data extracts and adhoc analyses uponrequest.Keyresponsibilities:Extracting data fromCoupa.Utilizing advanced functions ofMicrosoft Excel.Data analysis and preparationusing Power BI.Preparing presentations usingMicrosoft PowerPoint.Preparing monthly andquarterly reports against KPIs.35 years ofrelevant experience in data analysis.Previousexperience of analyzing procurementdata.Experience of usingCoupa.Advanced use of Microsoft Excelfunctions experience.Power BI data analysisand preparation experience.Experience ofpreparing presentations using MicrosoftPowerPoint.Availability:Preferencewill be given to candidates available immediately upon acceptingthe offer.
