Aid in the design & development ofequipment & systems, & redesign of existingsystemsReview and verification of equipmentsupplier's engineering, the testing and commissioning ofequipmentMonitor equipment downtime with a focuson key process equipmentProvide technicalsupport to the Chief Engineer and Chief Specialist, Rotating andPackage EquipmentConduct technical audits onproject at the direction of the Chief Engineer, Rotating andPackage EquipmentAdvise Chief Engineer Rotatingand Package Equipment on technical capability of staff asrequiredAssist with specification and selectionof suitable rotating machinery, plus testing and commissioning ofsuitable equipmentPreparation of EquipmentTechnical Specifications, such as Specification and Mechanical DataSheets, for enquiryPreparation of EquipmentTechnical Specifications for order and estimates for engineeringand design manhoursReview of Process Data Sheetsand Supplier documentation for integration within Project design,such as GA / Details / Calculations / FabricationProcedures
