ResponsibilitiesManage and coach a team of CriticalSystem Health Program Managers to deliver against theteam's key objectives, while also building an inclusive andcollaborative team environment.Define theteam's strategic priorities, operating model, and overallapproach for improving the most critical Google Customer Solutions(GCS) systems/tools and associated infrastructure improvements, todetect and prevent issues from occurring.Buildstrong relationships and skillfully influence both technical andbusiness leaders across key cross-functional teams (e.g.,Engineering, Sales Finance, CSO, Business Programs, Sales, etc.) toenable the team and drive change.Coach theteam for structuring both technical and business problems thatenable effective identification, diagnosis, monitoring, andultimately improvement of GCS systems andtools.
