Job details
• Prepare annual budget and businessplan for Heavy Equipment's Business Unit and deliveragainst it;• Manage Profit and Lossaccount;• Responsible for planning, riskassessment and execution of rigging & liftingoperations;• Assure the application ofconsistent, safe and legally compliant lifting practices acrossoperations;• Develop and implement performancestandards, procedures and technical guidancenotes;• Identify and implement improvements inthe technical quality and content of performance standards andprocedural guidance related to heavy liftoperations;• Support and improve the quality ofplanning, risk assessment and execution of heavy liftoperations;• Review and update processes andprocedures applicable to heavy lift operations whilst maintainingconsistent and legally compliant performance standards andtechnical guidance;• Support projects in theplanning, risk assessment and execution of critical liftingoperations;• Support proposals in providingspecialized technical support input to bids;•Identification and performance monitoring of safety criticalelements (SCE's) applicable to rigging and liftingoperations;
