Job responsibilities - Participate in writinghigh-quality, scalable, and clean code - Assist the team withtechnical specifications and unit test cases development - Takeownership of performing unit testing activities for the betterperformance - Communicate with different team leads to determinethe product and requirements - Be accountable to workcross-functionally and create & implement top-notchsoftware solutions - Make sure to help the team in on-time andtop-quality software project delivery - Motivate the team membersto follow the latest technology standards and SDLC best practices -Contribute to building, maintaining, and improving new and existingweb pages, websites, and applications Job requirements -Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science,Engineering, IT (or equivalent experience) - Minimum 3+ years ofexperience in software development (rare exceptions for highlyskilled developers) - Stronghold on system and requirement analysis- Extensive expertise in popular languages like Java, C#, C++, SQL,VB.Net, etc. - Hands-on knowledge of Java, .NET programming, andweb technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery,Bootstrap, EJB, Spring, Oracle, MySQL, etc. - Exceptional skills inframeworks, like Spring MVC, .NET MVC, Hibernate, Angular, etc. -Experience in implementing SDLC methodologies, data migration, andautomation testing - Exposure to web services, including SOAP andREST - Prolific experience in using tools, including Eclipse,Visual Studio, SVN, Git, GitHub, RabbitMQ, etc. - Fluent in Englishto communicate effectively - Ability to work full-time (40hours/week) with a 4 hour overlap with US timezones
