Job details
Supervise and coordinateactivities of cooks and workers.Determine howfood should be presented and create decorative fooddisplays.Ensure proper portion, arrangement,and food garnish to be served.Monitor thequantity of food that is prepared.Inform Food& Beverage service staff of menu specials and out of stockmenu items.Prepare special meals or substituteitems.Assist cooks and kitchen staff withvarious tasks.Provide cooks with neededitems.Monitor stock of kitchen supplies andfood.Maintain kitchen logs for food safetyprogram and food products.Ensure the qualityof the food items and notify manager if a product does not meetspecifications.
