We are seeking askilled and motivated ITSupport Analyst to work onsite with one of our partners in DohaQatar.RoleDescription:The IT SupportAnalyst plays a crucial role onour team by offering firstclasstechnical support and guidance to one of our key partners. Thisposition involves handling both Tier 1 and Tier 2/3 support tasksaddressing incidents and requests related to serverside andclientsideapplications.Responsibilities:TechnicalTroubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve softwareissues perform handson fixes including software installationupgrades implementing fixes and configuringapplications.IssueResolution: Own and drive issues to resolutionincluding necessary escalations to specialized resources. Testfixes to confirm issues are adequatelyresolved.IncidentDocumentation: Log all incidents and problems withina ticketing system ensuring thorough documentation andfollowup.PostResolutionFollowup: Conduct followups with customers afterissue resolution to ensure longterm success andsatisfaction.PreventiveAnalysis: Evaluate resolved issues to identifypatterns and recommend solutions to prevent futureproblems.Customer RelationshipManagement: Build and maintain rapport withcustomers offering exceptional service and support remotely and inperson.Qualifications:EducationalBackground: Bachelors degree in ComputerScienceProfessionalExperience: 2 to 3 years of experience in IT supportroles with a proven track record of resolving logged errors in atimely manner.TechnicalSkills:Expertise in WindowsServer and Linux server installation configuration andadministration.Proficiency in shell scriptingwith the ability to leverage PowerShell for taskautomation.Familiarity with web developmentframeworks is aplus.SoftSkills: Exceptional interpersonal and communicationskills with a strong ability to guide customers through technicalprocesses both remotely and inperson.LocationDohaQatar
