Cpl has an immediate requirement for Clerical Officer role in Wilton, Cork. This role will be a 3 month contract initially with the potential of extension for the right candidate
- 35 hours/week
- Monday – Friday, 8am - 4pm (one late shift a week 12pm - 8pm)
- €15.33/hour
- Site based role
- Answering and directing calls as appropriate
- Meet and greet – checking in patients
- Verifying patient information on the IPMS software
- Sending out appointment letters
- Liaising with various internal departments
- Front and back office duties
- Previous customer service/reception/administration experience a big plus
- Excellent customer service and communication skills - interpersonal skills are key
- High attention to detail and awareness of GDPR practices and confidentiality
- IT proficient and use of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
