Clerical Officer (Wilton)

Cpl has an immediate requirement for Clerical Officer role in Wilton, Cork. This role will be a 3 month contract initially with the potential of extension for the right candidate

• 35 hours/week
• Monday – Friday, 8am - 4pm (one late shift a week 12pm - 8pm)
• €15.33/hour
• Site based role

• Answering and directing calls as appropriate
• Meet and greet – checking in patients
• Verifying patient information on the IPMS software
• Sending out appointment letters
• Liaising with various internal departments
• Front and back office duties

• Previous customer service/reception/administration experience a big plus
• Excellent customer service and communication skills - interpersonal skills are key
• High attention to detail and awareness of GDPR practices and confidentiality
• IT proficient and use of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
