Ensures Market Access excellence, explore and identifies key stakeholders in-market and establishes relationships with key influencers and decision makers to facilitate broader and deeper market access for ophthalmology products Also to keep market access for existing products, in coordination with all involved departments across the organization. Main Responsibilities: 

  • Leading strategic account planning in alignment with company objectives for Ophthalmology products.
  • Establishing and expanding MS Pharma relationships with strategically important stakeholders and main hospitals for Ophthalmology products.
  • Achieving assigned financial targets & qualitative KPIs.
  • Customer engagement for selected portfolio of Ophthalmology items.
  • Conducting daily visits and planned doctor group meetings to ensure healthy and growing consumption of the products.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and develop and implement solutions to address any issues.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the customers and their unique needs and gathering insights/Proactively seek customer feedback and share it with direct manager to align for best action plan.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, including timelines, budgets, risks, and issues, and provide regular updates to the direct manager.
Requirements:
  • B.SC. in Pharmacy or a related field and MBA is preferred.
  • 3 - 5 years’ experience of Ophthalmology business in Governmental & Private hospitals.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken Arabic and English languages.
Professional Knowledge:
  • Saudi pharmacist registered with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties.
  • Proven track of success in achieving allocated targets.
  • Clear ability to understand and communicate medical, scientific, and economic topics.
  • Ability to develop and keep trust-based relationships with key influencers.
