The ideal candidate will have expertise in creative concept and detailed master planning. Key responsibilities include providing leadership, developing business, and being a primary contact for clients. The role is based in Riyadh. Job Summary As the head of the Master Planning team in KSA, you will provide urban planning and master planning services. You will play a crucial role in business development and strategic planning projects. Your responsibilities will include leading project submissions, supervising teams, and supporting business development activities. Technical CompetenciesEssential
  • Degree in urban planning or urban design
  • 20+ years of experience in urban planning
  • Strong English language skills
  • Experience in the GCC/KSA region
  • Presentation and leadership skills
Preferable
  • Proficiency in necessary software programs
  • Previous experience in KSA urban planning
  • Arabic language skills

  • Interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a multicultural team
  • Self-starter and adaptable
  • Flexible to travel as required
