Process the payment of employeescompensation andbenefits including promotion, transfers,contract changes, secondment, etc.to ensure efficient,accurate salary and benefits administration.Efficientpayroll processing andother entitlements2. Inconsultation with the C&B Specialist,preparesalary offer advice, check if candidates meetminimum job requirements, jobtitles are aligned, correctsalary grades are stated, salary reviews and ifsalaryoffers are positioned correctly to ensure that theoffer is attractive, costeffective and internal equityis maintained.Correctsalaryoffers3. Provide support to theC&BSpecialist in the conduct of market researchof compensation, benefits andallowances, includingassessing trends in reward methodologies. Assist inthebuilding of compensation data for surveys to ensureaccurate and correctcompensationdata.
