Assists in the development of labs.Operational condition and maintenance of teachingequipment Support studentsand faculty in using machines, tools and equipment within thelaboratory Supports faculty and students inresourcing and implementation phase of student projects, asrequired Create labmanuals, Health and Safety instructions and all other requiredmanuals and instruction relevant to thediscipline. Bachelor degree in ComputerEngineering or Electrical with Electronics Engineering orCommunication Engineering from a reputedUniversity. Depending on discipline,experience in the particulars of the labs. Membership to a relevant internationally-recognized professionalassociation is desirable. Trainingcertificates or diplomas in workshop practices is desirable. Practical workshop skills, as evident byknowledge of instruments and devices, relevant devicesused within the laboratory, and other workshoptools and equipment Troubleshooting andtechnical problem-solving skills A high degreeof computer literacy and demonstrated ability to integratetechnology in the workplace
