Guide the sales team withequipment specifications, technical details and comparisonspertaining to competitive models;Promote salesservices and generate new business across all lines of salesincluding services;Work on tender specs andrequest for proposals (RFPs) of assigned products andservices;Work on tender/quote preparationincluding but not limited to compliance, technical write-up,suppliers' pre selection and soon;Perform site visits as part of projectpreparations;Ensure technical follow-ups fortender/quote clarifications sent byend-users;Fulfill project implementations andsupervisions as well as resourceallocations;Provide in-depth root causeanalysis of reported technical issues, recommend remedial actionsand update processes and procedures;Establishand maintain strong relationships with partners and customers andachieve full satisfaction on technical and RMAissues;Attend to technical issues raised bypartners and end users in a timely and efficient manner whileensuring proper prioritization of incomingcases;Ensure constant and effectivecommunication with assigned vendors securing full support ontechnical issues related to the productequipment/supplies;Present effective POC/demoto partner's/end users;Promote, workand lead according to the rules and regulations communicated byvendors and Midis Group;
