Job DescriptionUnder the direction & leadership of the Business Development Director (and or Company Directors) to develop, identify project pipelines and evaluate specific business opportunities in Qatar, Middle East as well support in the Region. Taking the initiatives to take lead for all BD activities the Qatar & Middle East.Good knowledge and understanding of the local compliance and requirements.Understand the submission requirements and work with the Tender Team to ensure compliance.Co-ordinate and follow up the Submitted Proposals to EPC and Clients (Third Party).Prepare and Participate in any Client meetings and or business partners to pursue business opportunities and advance the organisation interests under the Guidance of Management.Assist & Update, Submit Monthly Sales Pipeline (or any other reports) and arrange for Road Shows for the overseas offices.Taking the lead on request for Tender Debriefs in the event of any unsuccessful bidding.Updating of Presentation Slides/ Media or Product BrochuresAssist the Management to drive strategic initiatives related to related to related to business development opportunities and strategic alliances, JVs, distribution agreement, mergers/acquisitions etc.Analyse the sales projects and key performance indicators of the sales territory and maintain a consolidated regional customer database.Undertake market research (in house or outsource) to keep the Management abreast of latest market and industry trends.Evaluate the findings of market research; assess the viability of alternative market segment for growth and make recommendations to the stakeholders.Additional details & specificationDiploma/Degree in Business/Engineering/MarketingAt least 5-8 years sales/marketing/business development experience in the oil & gas sector preferred.Good understanding of the local requirements and or statutory compliance related to E&I works in QatarPossess diving license with own vehicle.Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills.Able to work indignantly and must be a team player (work closely with the overseas tender team)Willing and able to travel outstation and oversea as and when required.
