Establish and lead the OperationalReadiness initiative that ensures the RMT Lifecycle ServicesOperations organization is ready for the introduction and deliveryof new and existing servicesEstablish and leadthe Operational Readiness initiative that ensures the RMT LifecycleServices Operations organization is ready for the introduction andintegration of new acquisitionsConductoperational readiness webinars to promote field awareness onexecution processes and standards for new and existingprograms.Develop a process to track adoptionof standards and processes that were delivered as part of theoperational readiness initiativeWork with theNew Product Development (NPD) team to continuously incorporateLifecycle Services Operational Readiness deliverables into the NPDcycle.
