-Perform ongoing preventive maintenance andrepair work on facility HVAC, Freezers & RefrigerationEquipments etc. in Heath Care / Commercial and Industrialfacilities.-Organizes, prioritize and assign Work Ordersto workforce-Able to review and understand and carry outtrouble shooting activities as required.-Operation andMaintenance of all HVAC systems associated auxiliary equipment,building management system, and buildingrepairs.-Monitor and supervise Mechanical preventiveMaintenance & Corrective Maintenanceactivities.-Respond to emergencies break downrequirements.-Prepare and submit summary reports ofconditions in buildings and recommend actions to betaken.-Comply with all safety procedures andrequirements.
