Requirements • Bachelor'sdegree in marketing, Business, or a related field. Amaster's degree is a plus. • Proven experience inmarketing leadership roles, ideally within the beauty or luxurylifestyle industry. • Minimum of 15 years workingexperience with 6 years of leadership experience in omni channelmarketing, with a strong track record of success. Ideally, thisexperience should be within the beauty or luxury lifestyleindustry. • 10 years of P&L management acrossmultiple brands in a similar environment. • Strongstrategic thinking and the ability to develop and implementmarketing plans.
