Today, we continue to lead because we have a world-class, diverse workforce that puts the customer at the center of everything we do.ResponsibilitiesAssist regional management in achieving assigned revenue targetsProvide pre-sales support to authorize VARs, OEMs, consultants and regional sales team:Project specifications reviewProduct configuration and System DiagramsBill of Quantities Special applications evaluation (if applicable)Solution write-upsProvide post-sales follow-up to authorize VARs, OEMs, consultants and regional sales team:Recommend possible additional products and product updatesEvaluate possible expansion of existing systemsAssist with product demonstrations and presentationsVisit VARs, end users and consultants and provide product and company trainingAssist in trade shows, conferences, seminars and marketing eventsAssist in developing salient tools and programs for the sale of Lenel productsIdentify and support industry influences and consultants to drive demand for Lenel's product portfolioRespond to technical inquiries from VARs, Consultants, OEMs, end users and regional sales teamInitiate communications with Technical Support at HQ to resolve regional technical issuesAct as a liaison with Technical Support at HQ to resolve regional technical issues/communicationsIdentify product deficiencies and provide feedback to HQDetermine, in coordination with regional sales team and setup the equipment necessary for trade shows, conferences, seminars, product presentations and demonstrationsProvide quotations for on-site technical supportEnsure up-to-date self trainingRequirements1-2 years of experience in a similar positionEngineering degreeWillingness to travelTo be a Saudi nationalBenefitsWe are committed to offering competitive benefits programs for all of our employees, and enhancing our programs when necessary.International working environmentCompetitive salaryDrive forward your career through professional development opportunitiesAchieve your personal goals with our Employee Assistance ProgrammeOur commitment to youOur greatest assets are the expertise, creativity and passion of our employees.
