Prospecting and lead generation: Identifying potential hotel clients and generating leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and attending industry events. 2. Building and maintaining client relationships: Establishing and nurturing relationships with hotel decision-makers, understanding their needs, and providing personalized solutions. 3. Product knowledge and demonstration: Having a deep understanding of the company's operational supplies and furniture offerings, and effectively demonstrating the features and benefits to potential clients. 4. Sales presentations and negotiations: Conducting sales presentations to showcase the company's products and services, addressing client concerns, and negotiating contracts and pricing. 5. Order processing and coordination: Managing the order process, including preparing quotes, processing orders, coordinating with the operations team for product delivery, and ensuring customer satisfaction. 6. Market research and analysis: Staying updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new sales opportunities and develop effective sales strategies. 7. Sales reporting and target achievement: Maintaining accurate sales records, preparing regular sales reports, and working towards achieving sales targets set by the company. 8. Customer service and support: Providing excellent customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process and beyond. 9.
