Develop engaging content such as articles, blog posts, social media updates, and newsletters to keep community members informed and engaged. Collaborate with the marketing team to align content strategies and ensure consistency in messaging across channels.   • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in community management, social media management, or related roles.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and connect with diverse audiences.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms, community management tools, and content management systems.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, track metrics, and derive actionable insights.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to innovate and adapt to changing community dynamics.
