  • Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' challenges and objectives.
  • Present and demonstrate PG Group's services to potential clients, showcasing the value proposition.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and negotiation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
