Essential Skills & Experience

  • Experience within a Procurement Category with the ability to work across multiple Subcategories and projects.
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience with the ability to understand and interpret data, bringing insight.
  • Experience in working with data analysis tools such as Microsoft PowerBI
  • Demonstratable examples of initiating and implementing tangible improvements to systems and processes.
  • Ability to work autonomously with a can-do attitude.
  • Experience of managing End-to-End Procurements and supplier management.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize projects in a fast-moving environment and adapt to change.
  • Ability to manage and deliver successful negotiations, results and contract tendering.
  • Notable level of procurement delivery including RFx, market analysis, supplier management, contract Management and oversight.
  • Excellent levels of written and verbal communication, with strong influencing skills.
  • Ability to build solid and lasting working relationships.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of global/regional delivery across complex environments.
  • Experience of utilising and managing procurement systems and tools.
  • Excellent IT and numeracy skills.
  • CIPS qualification is desirable.
