Review and monitor theperformances of existing Olefins manufacturing facilities throughkey performance indicators (KPIs) representing the processplant's optimum operability, profitability, reliability,and process safety. Issue quarterly Olefins performancebenchmarking reports highlighting the KPIs, analysis, andperformance improvementrecommendations.Monitor and support thefacilities in implementing the recommendations and closing the gapsidentified in the quarterly performance benchmarkingreports.Conduct benchmarking and bestpractices exchange workshops internally among Global Manufacturingfacilities (wholly-owned and affiliates) having Olefins processtechnologies.Provide on-demand remote and/orfield technical advisory support to Global Manufacturing facilitieson matters concerning the operation of Olefins plants, which mayinclude but not limited to process troubleshooting, start-up andshutdown activities, capacity test runs, technology pilot testing,and process design improvements. Issue a service report for everysupport activity provided highlighting the facilities need, actionstaken, results, and lessons learned.Incollaboration with Global Manufacturing facilities engineers,propose cost optimization or process improvement initiativesfocusing on 'low-hanging fruits' with no or minimalcapital investment required, through operational adjustment ordesign modification.Conduct internalassessments on Olefins process using This Company engineeringstandard references. Highlight any deviations or better standardsapplied by affiliates for endorsement to facility management orThis Company Central Engineering.Act as theoverall coordinator for cascading and driving Global Manufacturingand Corporate programs to the Olefins operating facilities forexecution and effective monitoring.Participatein Business Plan development and coordinate with stakeholders forany capital investments on assigned process units and supporttechno-economic evaluations.
